The Bridge of Hope Ministry is a combined effort of the L.I.F.T. (Living In Faith Together) partnership between several local United Methodist Churches and Lutheran Churches (E.L.C.A.). The mission of this ministry is to be in relationship with people from all walks of life in Fremont and Sandusky County, especially the emerging and growing Hispanic and Latino population.
