SCOUT PACK 302 Summary

October - Annual Popcorn fundraiser/Annual Halloween party
Show and sales for popcorn at local business fronts
Kid Friendly party with games and food.
November - Service project month
food collected for the liberty center
 cleaned the humane society
collected food/supplies for the humane society
December - Annual Christmas Party/Service project
Caroled at Bethesda Nursing home
Christmas party for family and scouts
January -Pinewood derby - scout with parent build a derby car for racing.
 Four boys qualified for districts
February - Blue & Gold Banquet
Celebration of Cub Scouts
Cross over of WEBELO II Scouts to boy scouts
Awards for Pinewood derby
Awards for Popcorn sales
Acknowledgment of progress for all dens
March - Annual Cake Bake Fundraiser
Scout, along with their parent makes and decorates a cake for auction.
April -  Field Day/over nighter

Each Scout participates in field day by obtaining pledges for activies they will complete at the YMCA. Pledges are to help offset day camp costs.
Overnight - we camp out in a lock in at HMUMC with games pizza and a movie.
May - Graduation
By now each cub scout has moved up rank to receive his patch for the next scouting year and is acknowledged.
June - Keep scouting alive with one family fun event
